2.1 By registering an Account on the aryonplay Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Any Account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed without notice, and any funds deposited will be returned to the source of deposit after deduction of transaction costs, less any winnings, which will be forfeited.
The aryonplay Platform is intended for use by individuals physically present in the Philippines. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or directive applicable to you in your jurisdiction. aryonplay reserves the right to refuse or close Accounts of players who are found to be accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on aryonplay. Operating multiple Accounts, whether personally or through third parties, is prohibited. aryonplay reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit associated Balances where duplicate account activity is identified.
aryonplay is required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players. You must submit satisfactory proof of identity (a government-issued Philippine ID) and proof of address when requested. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. aryonplay reserves the right to restrict Account functionality pending KYC completion.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified aryonplay of unauthorised access in writing without delay.
4.3 You must notify aryonplay immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised.
4.4 aryonplay support agents will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be reported to aryonplay immediately as a potential security incident.
4.5 You agree not to allow any other person to use your Account. Player Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
aryonplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). aryonplay does not charge platform-side fees on standard GCash or Maya transactions; however, your payment provider's fees, if any, remain your responsibility.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. aryonplay reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction amounts with notice to players.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified Accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically processed within one business day. aryonplay reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged for security review.
In accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance requirements, withdrawal amounts up to the total value deposited via a specific payment method must be returned to that same payment method. Winnings in excess of total deposits may be withdrawn via your preferred verified payment method.
Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. aryonplay will send a notice to the registered email address prior to dormancy classification. A monthly dormancy administration fee may apply after the dormancy period commences. Players may reactivate dormant Accounts by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
6.1 All games available on the aryonplay Platform are operated in accordance with their individual published rules, which are accessible within each game's information panel. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game's specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to game play outcomes.
6.2 All live casino games on aryonplay are supplied by licensed third-party providers and subject to those providers' certification standards. aryonplay is not responsible for technical failures originating from third-party game providers, though we will work with providers to investigate and resolve disputed outcomes.
6.3 aryonplay uses independently certified Random Number Generators for all non-live gaming products. RNG certification documentation is available upon request.
6.4 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, aryonplay's servers will record the state of play at the time of the interruption. Where a round was in progress and the outcome cannot be determined from server records, the bet will be voided and the staked amount credited back to your Balance. aryonplay's decision on disconnection-related game outcomes is final.
6.5 Obvious errors in game outcomes — including software malfunctions that produce clearly erroneous payouts — shall be void. aryonplay reserves the right to correct any such errors and adjust Account Balances accordingly, regardless of whether funds have been credited or withdrawn.
7.1 All bonuses, free spin equivalents, cashback offers, and other promotions issued by aryonplay are subject to specific terms published with each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount applies before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
7.3 aryonplay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has partially fulfilled its requirements, aryonplay will make a reasonable determination of the player's entitlement on a case-by-case basis.
7.4 Bonus abuse — including collusive wagering, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or use of automated systems to fulfil wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related funds and may result in permanent Account closure.
7.5 aryonplay reserves the right to exclude specific players from promotions at its reasonable discretion, including where a player's play pattern is inconsistent with the promotional intent.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aryonplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account Balance:
9.1 All content on the aryonplay Platform, including but not limited to the aryonplay brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and data displays, is the property of aryonplay or its licensed suppliers and is protected by Philippine intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without aryonplay's prior written consent.
10.1 The aryonplay Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aryonplay's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 aryonplay shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from Platform use or unavailability.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
11.1 aryonplay is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. All Accounts include access to deposit limits, session time alert tools, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities. These tools are accessible from the Account dashboard at all times.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission. Once a self-exclusion is active, no login to the Account is permitted for the duration of the exclusion period. Players may not circumvent self-exclusion by creating new Accounts.

12.1 aryonplay reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful purposes; (c) the Account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory requirement; or (d) continued Account operation presents a risk to aryonplay or other players.
12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a Terms breach, aryonplay may, at its discretion, forfeit the Account Balance in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach.
12.3 Where an Account is closed without cause (i.e., at aryonplay's commercial discretion rather than due to a breach), any verified real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.
12.4 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting aryonplay support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one business day, and any verified Balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after applicable identity verification.
13.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your aryonplay Account or Platform experience, you should first contact aryonplay support via live chat or email at [email protected]. aryonplay will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
13.2 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through aryonplay's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its published player dispute resolution mechanism. aryonplay will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-directed investigation.
13.3 aryonplay's decision on game outcomes based on its server logs and game provider records shall be final in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
15.1 aryonplay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account no less than 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory directive or applicable law.
15.2 The current version of these Terms, as indicated by the "Last Updated" date in the page header, supersedes all prior versions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
